On a typical day, you will have the opportunity to:Be involved in and project manage projects/workstreams across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project mobilisation, execution, and close-out.Engage directly with senior client stakeholders, Product Owners, and Solutions Delivery Managers to drive programme / project outcomes, whilst continuously improving governance processes and ways of working.Work on a day-to-day basis with the Programme Manager in the delivery of the project objectives / work packages within the overall programme and will manage the stream schedule within agreed scope/quality and cost dimensions.Work with other project managers to explore specific solutions and cross stream deliverables and define the scope of all deliverables.Manage the delivery of complex multi-stream projects/ workstreams in accordance with client Project Management Methodology leveraging EY approaches/methods.As an agile project manager, you will be responsible for leading or supporting the delivery of projects based on agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or traditional waterfall or hybrid approaches when required.Plan and manage projects, including defining project scope, planning (critical path), and monitoring of delivery; organizing and leading governance meetings; preparing and distributing status reports; managing and monitoring project costs/budgets and cash flow/invoicing; and communicating with relevant stakeholders.Manage the resourcing and costs for your project in the broader programme context where relevant.Identify, manage, and communicate risks and issues plus internal/external dependencies across the programme / project.Monitor benefits realization in the form of key outcome metrics.Maintain a standard-format roadmap of inflight deliverables for use in project, programme, and portfolio reporting.Draw on EY’s capabilities in our Business, Technology, People and Risk Consulting practices as well as experience from our global consulting network.Work with a global team of experts to develop unique and innovative solutions as well as benefitting from best-in-class training and development, bringing the right insights and capabilities at the right time for our client engagements.Support EY FSO Business Consulting business development activities, such as proposals, thought leadership, and producing input for client events.Support EY Business Consulting operations ensuring all operational metrics are met for utilization, timesheet, and related internal engagement management processes and system inputs.Manage and coach our people, including junior resources, supporting their career development and performance management processes (LEAD).Use analytical thinking and structured problem solving to resolve challenges or blockers on engagements by actively engaging with clients and senior managers to progress or resolve problems.Write sharp and concise documents suitable for C Suite-1 client level with minimal supervision and minor review for Senior Managers.Demonstrate “Key Facilitation Skills” – articulate objectives, listen actively, ask useful questions, observe and intervene, create empathy, remain neutral, and achieve consensus.Provide reassurance to C Suite-2 stakeholders during times of uncertainty within minimal intervention from Senior Managers.Identify conflicting stakeholder relationships and tailor your style and behaviors to achieve positive outcomes.Support Senior Managers in managing complex engagements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Support Senior Managers in managing engagement revenue and billing end-to-end with minimal support.Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and other tools to analyze data, develop financial models, and support business case development.Communicate confidently to multiple audiences, including senior leadership, and apply knowledge to solve complex problems and customize solutions.Develop solution and competency skills through experience, training, and engagement with relevant communities.Decision Making:Make decisions with significant project impact;
