Pluto is a multi-award-winning creative powerhouse. We craft insight-driven campaigns, experiences, and content that cut through the noise and make an impact. We're looking for a sharp, collaborative creative duo to join our team—a Copywriter and an Art Director who can concept, create, and craft brilliant work across campaigns, social, experiential, and branded content.
Ideally you’re a ready-made team that loves creating ideas that fully go somewhere—from scamp to script, sketch to screen. You're culturally switched on, collaborative to the core, and hungry to make work that gets noticed.
We are open to possibly new teams that could work well together and if you are a lone ranger in either field get in touch, we will consider all applicants.
What You'll Do:
* Take Creative Briefs
* Develop and execute compelling, insight-led creative ideas across channels—from 360 campaigns to social-first content and brand activations.
* Work closely with strategy, design, production, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
* Present work internally and to clients with confidence and clarity.
* Own your projects from start to finish—concept to completion.
* Stay plugged into creative, cultural, AI and digital trends.
For the Art Director:
* 3–5 years in a creative/design role—agency experience preferred.
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) .
* Able to design with both beauty and function in mind.
* Motion or video editing skills a plus.
️ For the Copywriter:
* 3–5 years writing for campaigns, content, social, and digital platforms.
* Strong conceptual thinker with a distinctive voice and ability to write across tones and formats.
* Able to craft everything from sharp headlines to full scripts.
