So, what’s the job?
1. You’ll help define and implement the finance strategic priorities in support of the business transformation
2. You’ll execute and implement relevant business strategic initiatives and policies
3. You’ll play an active role in driving the data strategy of the business, including the transformation of the finance function into a data driven organisation
4. You’ll support in driving the transformation of the business through the deployment of technology and process optimisation
5. You’ll be an active leader within the finance function driving a culture of engagement, accountability and change management
6. You’ll support and encourage growth and development of employees; you will be a champion for proactive and meaningful performance management across the team
And what are we looking for?
7. You’ll have proven experience in finance leadership across multiple geographies and gained in an international insurance organisation (required)
8. You’ll have a proven record of implementing change management initiatives utilising simplification and automation technique
9. You’ll have a successful track record in leading teams, both directly and remotely
10. You’ll have a strong understanding across multiple financial disciplines and strong working knowledge across tax disciplines including Corporation tax and VAT
11. You’ll have experience in collaborating with senior executives, business and functional leaders, including the ability to present technical, business and structuring proposals
