About the role
We are recruiting a Marketing Manager for our Dairy Ingredients and Nutritional Ingredients business to help us realize our purpose of Reimagining Dairy. We seek a passionate B2B marketer with science or food-based marketing experience who places the customer at the heart of everything they do. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing plans and initiatives that drive our business forward.
- Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to ensure marketing plans are fully aligned.
- Create and deliver effective marketing collateral and engage with customers.
- Lead business analysis projects to quantify target markets and inform business strategies.
- Provide marketing insights for strategic planning, ensuring the external market landscape is well understood.
- Support R&D in understanding market opportunities and customer needs for new product development.
- Manage content and interaction at key conferences, trade shows, and scientific events.
- Report activities and their impact to senior management and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role based in Tralee.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Nutrition, or Science
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Food, Beverage, or Pharma Industries
- Ideally B2B marketing experience
- Digital marketing experience
- Good communicator with experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrable success in anticipating customer needs and measuring impact
- Self-starter attitude and results-driven
