Position: Showroom Sales Consultant (Lighting Industry)
Location: Dublin 12 (On site 5 days a week)
Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 + Bonus (5,000)
Our client is a rapidly expanding international lighting company founded in 1984. As the largest Irish lighting company worldwide, we supply lighting and electrical products across Ireland, the UK, Europe, the UAE, and Australia.
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our sales team. Our company works with both the general public and commercial clients, striving to deliver exceptional service to all our customers. We achieve this by understanding their needs, leveraging our industry expertise, and collaborating with a wide range of suppliers to find the best solutions—always aiming to exceed expectations whenever possible. In this role, you will work alongside our existing team to achieve sales targets by building relationships with new customers and providing excellent service to our current clients. Additionally, you will support the manager in reaching the business's overall strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, providing expert advice on products, pricing, and availability.
* Manage the sales inbox, distributing orders and queries to the team based on regions.
* Collaborate with internal departments to exceed customer expectations.
* Process Sales Orders and manage associated mailboxes across various platforms.
* Consistently achieve above-target KPIs.
* Partner with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to deliver unparalleled service.
* Participate in ongoing product training sessions and complete assessments.
Requirements:

* Lighting or related industry experience (preferred but not essential) – Prior knowledge is a plus, but training is provided.
