Senior Office Administrator FRS Recruitment Location: Mid Kerry Position: Permanent Salary: €35k Working hours: Mon - Fri (Start/Finish times to be agreed with employer) On behalf of our client, who is an Electrical Contractor, we are seeking a Senior Office Administrator to join their team in Mid Kerry.
The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of activities within the office.
They will handle administrative tasks, and act as a point of contact for clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities: Act as a point of contact for clients, staff and other key personnel via phone and email Maintain and organise office filing systems, both physical and digital (Microsoft 365 in use in the company) Maintaining multiple records including updating project plan timelines, works due to commence / complete, tendering information and timelines, etc.
Arranging meetings, taking notes and actioning points when required Handle basic bookkeeping duties.
Ordering office supplies and equipment as needed Requirements: Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Salary will be in line with experience.
