Job Summary
The Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned client accounts, ensuring service level agreements are consistently met. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes delivering top-quality service to clients.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
* Oversee scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks across building services systems and equipment
* Work with the purchasing team to ensure timely ordering of materials and equipment required for efficient service delivery
* Regularly liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure contract expectations are met
* Review and assess contractual work with engineers, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with agreed SLAs
* Work collaboratively with management and technical teams to drive service improvements and meet shareholder expectations
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally within construction, facilities management, or maintenance
* Strong understanding of building services, maintenance processes, and Permit to Work systems
* Ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and client requirements efficiently
* Skilled in Microsoft Office and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
* Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues while maintaining high service standards
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining focus on safety, service, and quality
