To support our ambitions for growth and technological innovation, Benjamin is seeking a Chief Technology Product Officer (CTPO) to develop and lead a forward-thinking technology strategy, laying the groundwork for Benjamin's journey to becoming a leading bank in selected industries. The CTPO will adapt responsibilities to the company’s growth stage, ensuring a strong technological foundation for delivering secure, innovative financial solutions that meet both immediate and long-term business goals. The ideal candidate is essentially a business-driven CTPO, aligning technological advancements with business goals to ensure competitive advantage. Furthermore, it’s critical that the CTPO is both hands-on and comfortable with the dynamics of a start-up environment. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO and other C-level leaders, aligning technology initiatives with the company's overarching business goals. The CTPO will guide and mentor the IT and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and customer-centricity across all digital platforms and services.
As a member of the executive team, the CTPO will serve as the strategic leader for all technological aspects of the business, from infrastructure design to compliance.
The CTPO will wear a double hat, combining the strategic responsibilities of both a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a Chief Product Officer (CPO). As a CTO, the CTPO will design and implement the technological infrastructure and roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation at the core of the company’s operations. Simultaneously, as a CPO, the CTPO will work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate these insights into product features and strategies that align with business objectives. This dual role requires balancing technical leadership with product vision, crafting a blueprint that drives Benjamin’s growth and customer satisfaction. Staying up-to-date with market trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices, the CTPO will ensure that the company's products remain competitive and meet the ever-changing demands of the target audience.
The CTPO needs to have entrepreneurial spirit and is prepared to work in a flexible environment, especially given the evolving regulations in the banking sector. We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial and visionary CTPO, to lead technology strategy and execution in a dynamic environment.

7. The CTPO will identify and build strategic relationships with technology vendors, payment providers, and fintech innovators.
