Job Description
The role involves supporting the HR department in administering HR processes, ensuring correct payroll processing to meet business objectives. The weekly payroll is processed for approximately 300 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer Advance Systems Time & Attendance
* Process hourly and salary (weekly) payroll using Sage Micropay
* Resolve payroll-related queries
* Complete month-end payroll reports
* Submit CSO reports
* Support the HR department with implementing human resources activities, including recruitment, performance management, contract preparation, and learning and development
* Assist with onboarding/induction, new hire documentation, and delivery of the HR section of induction while maintaining personnel files with accuracy
* Update the HRM system with employee information such as changes, absence, and holiday entries
* General Administration
Qualifications:
* Experience processing payroll preferably 2-3 years' experience of full payroll runs
* IPASS qualification preferable
* Demonstrated knowledge of Sage Micropay an advantage
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
* Familiarity with Revenue-online-Services (R.O.S.)
* Experience or interest in participating in a general HR function
* Outstanding communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of T&A systems and payroll systems
