Digital Marketing Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to facilitate the set-up, execution, and successful completion of marketing activities as defined by ongoing business priorities and annual business plans.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Act as primary point of contact for project intake, facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and leaders.
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies, and work alongside the Project Manager on strategic initiatives.
3. Drive communication and project requests between IT and business requesters to deliver program, enhancement, or material launch.
4. Proactively monitor, manage, and adjust project plans based on fluctuating program details.
5. Collaborate with clients, authors, designers, content creators, and technical resources to manage end-to-end digital marketing projects.
6. Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure business requirements are met and resolve issues or discrepancies.
7. Utilize Workfront project management software to traffic projects through to completion.
8. Support the governance, management, and quality of assets by understanding MLR ad/promo approval processes and adhering to process/policies for go-live of digital marketing materials.
9. Participate in digital marketing project meetings and provide timely updates, transcribe actions, and follow up with teams to deliver against project timelines.
10. Collaborate with the project team to measure delivered activity speed and quality, identifying areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in project coordination or project management in a digital marketing environment.
3. Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) on a PC.
4. Working knowledge of Workfront Project Management System.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-quality projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
7. Understand digital marketing projects and platforms (e.g., email marketing, SEO, PPC, CMS & website management).
8. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure on 30+ projects in a fast-paced environment.
9. Capacity to work with diverse global teams through various channels.
10. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
11. Working knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Creative Cloud, ActOn, Photoshop, Digital advertising and social media platforms, and Salesforce.
