EMEA Licensing Coordinator - DUBLIN, IRELAND

Job Summary: Support in all EMEA licensing processes for Perry Ellis International licensing team. Act as a liaison between EMEA, US and UK office and licensees, performing a variety of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Junior Account Management/Project Management:
* Providing ongoing account support to new and existing licensees customers assigned by the Director of Licensing.
* Informing new and existing licensees of seasonal events, product, marketing launches and unforeseen changes or delays.
* Collaborating with the licensing teams to exchange information and data.
* Documenting processes and maintaining licensing department records.
* Preparing, sending and collating quarterly and annual sales and projection reports.
* Key Interface with Brand Merchandising and Design Teams in the UK and US for seasonal design information and brand direction.
* Coordinate seasonal trend presentations to Licensees made by Brand Merchandising and Design in the UK and the US.
* Supply each licensee with colour and trend direction.
* Ensure adherence to design/merchandising calendars by all licensees.
* Ensure prompt approval/comments on all submitted designs by licensees.
* Become a category expert on trend and competition (positioning, pricing, and product mix).
* Line sheet coordination - Document all product approvals.
* Identify / highlight potential line extensions and new business opportunities.
* Set up seasonal apparel and accessories overviews with Sales and Design teams in the UK, as needed.
* Facilitate the fulfilment of all licensee requests, i.e. swatches, prints, hardware, etc.
* Product development for licensee seasonal buys; uploading styles to internal PLM system for retail and online.
* Maintain buy calendar of license buys and follow through with retail teams and licensees.
* Ad hoc travel to UK and Europe for product and sign off.
Marketing:
* Key interface between Brand Marketing teams in the US and UK and Licensees.
* Maintain and update brand website portals for all product categories created internally and any marketing/PR and advertising materials.
* Maintain brand website portals for seasonal launches.
* Prepare and distribute brand updates to all licensees.
* Maintain product libraries (samples and closet).
* Ensure adherence to brand standards and collect materials for the libraries:
* Logos
* Labels
* Trade Advertising
* Fixtures
* Compile information for brand books/kits for dissemination to licensees.
* Facilitate sample requests for PR /Shoots from UK and US marketing & e-commerce teams.
* Assist in the organising of and attendance at tradeshows.
* Ensure license product is used throughout marketing; social media, campaigns etc.
* The role can be a foundation for becoming a category expert on trend and competition (collateral, advertising, in-store fixtures/shops, retail space, etc.).
Other:
* Assist Director of Licensing in day to day running of EMEA licensee agreements.
Key Competencies and Experience:
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Google Drive/Applications or related software.
* Experience with a PO system or similar would be an advantage.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and customer service skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks.

* Demonstrable experience in Sales (Retail or Wholesale), Merchandising/Buying, Marketing or Brand Management.
Work Location: The role is predominantly office based in Dublin city centre with flexibility to work from home one day a week.
