Your main responsibilities will be to assist all departments and department heads within a busy 4* hotel ensuring the smooth daily running of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* To work as part of a management team and to assist colleagues where necessary.
* To ensure the smooth running of all the hotel's services whilst on duty at all times ensuring a high standard of service is met.
* To anticipate all guests' needs and have the ability to address any complaints that may arise in a professional and friendly manner.
* To assist in the training and development of staff members to ensure a memorable experience for guests.
* To ensure the security of the hotel, stocks, and keys at all times whilst on duty.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel management is a distinct advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
* Be proficient with hotel booking systems and programs such as Hotsoft and Opera.
* Strong management and interpersonal skills.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
* Competitive Salary of between €32,000 – €35,000 DOE.
* Be flexible to work a 45-hour week with a variety of early, mid, and late shifts.
