This Role Requires:
Leading the kitchen with enthusiasm and dedication.

Coordinating rosters, stocktakes, and menu planning.
Providing ongoing training to junior staff.
Implementing and maintaining HACCP practices in the kitchen.
Purchasing and controlling kitchen inventory.
Developing and executing menus, including training relevant staff.
Serving as a brand ambassador and maintaining a professional appearance.
Creating engaging social media content for marketing purposes.
Minimizing food waste and providing nutritious meals for staff.
Ensuring timely credit follow-ups for goods.
Maintaining exceptional personal grooming and setting a positive example for junior staff.
Participating in staff social events.
