As Ireland's inward promotion agency, we partner with established companies, both large and small, working with them every step of the way to achieve a smooth, fast and successful set-up of their operations in Ireland. Our main objective is to encourage investment into Ireland by foreign-owned companies to create jobs and positively impact the Irish economy. We work with a portfolio of over 1,800 overseas company operations in Ireland across various industry sectors from Technology, Life Sciences, International Services, and Financial services.
The EMBARK Programme offers a unique opportunity for five individuals to be part of a dynamic and professional organisation and to work within key areas of their specified discipline in Ireland. Applicants to the programme will include degrees specifically relating to Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Property, and Policy/Planning.
This is a three-year programme with successful participants rotating on a 12-month basis internally within their department, getting exposure to all key areas of that division. Participants will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent post in their final 12 months of the programme should an opportunity arise.
The Role
Our programme is designed to accelerate your professional development and provide you with a comprehensive experience in all key areas of your assigned department. Its purpose is to provide you with a thorough understanding and clear perspective on the key responsibilities, projects, and objectives of your particular department and its impact on the organisation.
Strategic Property Management:
As a Property EMBARK participant, you will gain first-hand experience within key areas including FDI Solutions, Sales & Marketing, and Legal, Governance & Compliance. Working closely with Property Managers and Executives, some responsibilities you may undertake include but are not limited to:
* Assisting the Property Marketing Team in relation to private sector property searches, supporting client engagements at stakeholder meetings, on itinerary, and at networking events.
* Providing essential support to the Management Team within Property and undertaking a diverse portfolio of activities that support delivery of the property portfolio including portfolio management of Business Parks.
* Working with legal executives on a range of property transactions such as acquisitions, sales, leases, and assisting with closing legal files.
* Monitoring and supporting the implementation of projects and assisting in reporting on progress to internal Committees and Management teams.
* Supporting the compliance and finance team in the administration of the estate management programme, procedures, and governance implementation.
* Coordinating and managing information requests from Property Executives in a timely manner.
* Ensuring dignity, respect, and equality are applied within and outside the Organisation.

Salary:
* Starting salary of €30,260 per annum with annual increments of €2,078.

Your qualifications and essential criteria
* Graduated from College/University with a minimum of a (Level NFQI Level 8) 2.2 Degree in the past 2 years.
* Degree disciplines relating to Property, Engineering, Construction Management, and/or similar.
* Eligibility to work under an Irish contract of employment for the three-year duration of the programme is essential.
* In-depth knowledge of computer packages, proficiency, and experience in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Must be available to start the role in March 2025.
