Job Description
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in new product development, contributing to design, technology advancement, automation, vendor management, and project management. Their primary focus will be on developing cutting-edge technologies, equipment, and manufacturing processes for next-generation medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply Design, Reliability & Manufacturability (DRM) principles and 3D modeling to develop high-quality manufacturing solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute new product development requirements.
* Drive process innovation by improving quality, technical rigor, and developing state-of-the-art systems, from mechanized to semi-automated solutions.
* Support process development, characterization, and validation for new product introductions.
* Apply Design for Six Sigma tools (DOE, MSA, DMAIC, Requirements Flow, Brainstorming) to solve complex technical challenges.
* Document and present insights to project and functional teams through Technical Reviews, Design Reviews, and Project Dashboards.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Process Development organization.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (Level 8 or higher) in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
* Ideal 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong team player with the ability to work proactively in a cross-functional environment.
* Knowledge of medical device processes with a solid understanding of product and process design.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
* Strong organizational, presentation, and project management skills are desirable.
