Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Temporary Clerical Officer Grade III to join our team in Navan, Co. Meath. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is in good working order.
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a reception and administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
