We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Dublin City Center.
As Sous Chef, you will assist with managing the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen while overseeing and directing staff under your immediate supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with managing all aspects of the kitchen.
2. Hands-on with staff training and development.
3. Ensure adequate resources are available according to business needs.
4. Ensure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of menu items, special promotions, functions, and events.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
* A high level of attention to detail is required.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
