Our client is a large organisation seeking a strong HR Generalist Administrator to join and support the HR Team. Play a key role in managing the day-to-day administrative functions of a company’s human resources department. €45K – €50K plus benefits.
This position focuses on ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to continue to grow and expand your HR career.
Some of the key responsibilities:
1. Training administration and onboarding process
2. Handling employee records and data
3. Managing HR systems and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
4. Responsible for various administrative tasks related to visa processing and work permits
Key Skillset:
1. 3rd level HR Degree plus CIPD
2. Strong HR Generalist Admin experience essential across all areas
3. Highly capable of working on own initiative and prioritising
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
5. Possess strong drive and passion for HR
6. Excellent HRIS and IT systems
