Job Title: Front of House Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy hotel reception, exclusive golf resort, and reservations department in Co. Kerry.
About the Role:
* Oversight of reception, concierge team, and front office department
* Ensuring a seamless guest experience upon check-in, departure, and during stay
* Management of everyday operations in a golf environment
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years' experience as Front of House Manager
2. Proven track record of managing a team within a 4* / 5* hotel environment
3. Commercial focus with attention to detail
4. Exceptional leadership, reception, communication, organization, and time management skills
5. Able to work independently and as part of the overall hotel management team
6. Proficiency in Office Suite, Hotel booking systems, and CRM software
7. Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
