ICT Project Officer Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client have a requirement for an ICT Project Officer.
The duration of this post is 12 months initially with possible extensions thereafter.
The successful candidate will be working on a hybrid basis.
Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €30.17 per hour based on an annualised salary of €55,093.
You will also accrue 30 days annual leave per year and paid Bank Holidays.
The ideal candidate must have a track record of 1.5+ years successfully managing / supporting the delivery of project(s), preferably within the healthcare sector.
Role & Responsibilities ICT Project Officers are expected to support the management of one or more projects, including initial scoping and planning stages, Will likely support the management of projects with significant budgets and importance or may be assigned to support the management of specific elements of a large programme, Will be expected to report, in a matrix framework, to a number of stakeholder groups, through the primary channel of the Project Manager.
Project Officers may be allocated to a portfolio of projects dependent on the stage individual projects are at plus level of work commitment required.
This is to ensure efficient use and maximisation of resource expertise and availability for the duration of the contract.
Skills & Experience: Must have A track record of 1.5+ years successfully supporting the delivery of projects within an organisation, preferably (but not necessarily) for a Health Sector Organisation, and this must be clearly demonstrated in the submission.
Experience of supporting project planning, process mapping, report development, RAID and RACI management, and resource management processes Experience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and this must be clearly demonstrated in the submission.
Business Competencies: Displays sufficient leadership, high level of communication and interpersonal skills including liaising with multiple stakeholders Demonstrate experience in working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners to ensure that the impact of projects are maximised.
An ability to quickly build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Good ICT, presentation and report writing skills.
Demonstrates and ability to support the development and delivery of a project plan.
Ability to work with the other ICT units to ensure that ICT projects are delivered in a cohesive and planned manner.
Demonstrate ability to support the implementation and management of change and business process re-organisation skills.
Displays a commitment to achieving quality results including experience in evaluating the provision of services.
Demonstrates an ability to perform various business analysis activities as deemed necessary for the project.
Demonstrates good problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
