HEAD of FLEET ( Car sales & rental) The Head of Fleet is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of both car rental and car sales operations for the company.
This role focuses on strategic leadership in fleet acquisition, sales operations, fleet management, and ensuring optimal inventory levels across both sales and rental business units.
The Head of Fleet will lead a team of car sales managers, a fleet manager rentals, and a fleet purchasing manager to ensure seamless operations.
This role requires strategic planning, collaboration across departments, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Fleet Management Expertise:
In-depth understanding of fleet procurement, sales, and rental operations.

Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control skills.
Vendor & Relationship Management:
Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Negotiation:
Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and purchase agreements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Automotive, or a related field.
Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) 10+ years of experience in fleet management, automotive sales, or rental industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in fleet acquisition, vendor negotiation, and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of automotive markets and trends.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
