Associate HR Business Partner (Full Time)

Description
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Junior HR Business Partner (Jr. HRBP) to support our HR initiatives and help align business objectives with employees and management. In this role, you will assist in implementing HR strategies, support employee relations, drive engagement initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a positive workplace culture.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to deepen their experience in strategic HR operations while building strong relationships within the business.
Location: Hybrid Policy (Onsite in Loughrea office 3 days per week, 2 days remote) applies after the probationary period is completed.
As anAssociate HR Business Partner,your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting senior HRBPs in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices across departments.
* Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance on HR-related matters.
* Assisting in talent management initiatives including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
* Collaborating with managers to address employee relations issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.
* Helping to track HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness.
* Contributing to organisational development programs such as employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing.
* Participating in HR projects and support change management processes.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and support compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* 3 years + of experience in a Business Partner, HR Generalist, coordinator, or similar role.
* Preferred Qualifications:
o Professional HR Certification (e.g. CIPD).
o Experience in a fast-paced organisation.
o Exposure to performance management or employee engagement initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build relationships and maintain confidentiality.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
* Organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
