Our Graduate Programme is designed to support our Graduates in their roles, progressing their development and providing access to key knowledge across the business.
The Graduate Civil Design Co-ordinator will work within the design department assisting the team with various civil design co-ordination actions of various projects across the portfolio. Duties will include tracking design progress, assisting the Civils design manager in day-to-day duties, recording meeting minutes, conducting assessments, assisting in surveys, and using civils software to assist drafting, designing, visualisation, and analysis.
1. Update the various progress and tracking schedules to ensure alignment with overall design programmes.
2. Assist Design managers on various projects.
3. Assist with the co-ordination and administration of all required site surveys and condition assessments.
4. Attend design team meetings.
5. Assist with administrative duties from time to time.
6. Attend various seminars and courses to progress.
Requirements
1. You hold (obtained within the last 2 years) or be working towards (2025 graduates) a Degree / Higher Diploma in a Minimum of Level 7/8 degree in a related field.
2. Experience in the field of Civil Engineering (3rd level work placement or similar) is desirable but not essential.
3. Self-motivated.
4. Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is desirable but not essential.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
6. Strong planning and organisation skills.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
8. Excellent Reporting Skills.
9. Good problem-solving skills.
