Job Title:
A dynamic and enthusiastic individual is sought for a temporary administrative role in a non-profit organisation based in Blackpool.

Key Responsibilities:

* Management of internal databases requiring attention to detail
* Coordination and scheduling of day-to-day services

* Filing, scanning, and management of records & files
* Inputting figures onto internal systems and excel
Requirements:
* Availability to start within 1 week
* Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
* Exposure to reporting or funds tracking in a previous role
* Competent numeracy skills
* Ability to hit the ground running in a new position
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to multitask supporting various internal departments
