Branch Lead

Your Role:
* Lead, coordinate and control the efficient delivery of business objectives and the day-to-day branch operations in a regulatory compliant manner.
* Actively seek new business opportunities to source and grow sales and cross-sales activity.
* Develop and implement plans to extend the reach of your Branch with activities to source new business opportunities and increase new customer acquisition.
Your Team:
* Direct Reports - 2-4 colleagues responsible for seeking out new business opportunities and engaging with existing customers to provide a world-class customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate Branch activities every day to optimise branch capacity and efficiencies.
* Coach Branch colleagues to ensure key learnings of Blackbelt are embedded, including enhanced customer engagement and education of customers on all channels available.
* Drive Business Development activity within your branch and local community to attract, retain and grow key customer cohorts and maximise opportunities.
* Measure the success of business development activities and pivot and change to adopt plans that proved the greatest success.
* Actively manage the risk and control agenda so that all standards are met, minimising risk and work completed in a regulatory compliant manner.
* Educate and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
Requirements:
* Full Valid Driver's Licence.
* Qualified Financial Advisor - recognised qualification to permit discussion of product information and provision of advice to customers.
* Number of years' proven experience in retail finance sales and service ideally at Branch level.
Salary: We estimate this role will have a salary range between €50,000 - €80,000 depending on location and experience.
