Sales and Business Development Management (Freight)
Location: Dublin City Center, hybrid flexibility.
A permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Negotiable salary based on experience.
About the Role
We seek a driven sales professional with freight sales experience.
Results-oriented individual with proven track record in sales, account management, and business development.
Main Responsibilities
* Contact new client base through sales coordination.
* Develop new clients domestically and internationally across all trade lanes.
* Meet daily call targets to achieve set goals.
* Process quotations promptly and according to company procedures.
* Update CRM sales reporting system daily.
* Liaise with operations department regarding client information and orders.
* Support operations with pending loads and transport requirements.
* Respond to client queries and quotation requests promptly.
Requirements
* Experience in freight sales or logistics.
* Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Fully licensed driver required.
* General sales quotations and follow-up with clients under guidance from sales director and management.
