Executive Assistant
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Limerick Regional Business Development team and provide administration support across a range of projects.
The role is responsible for providing coordination and administrative support to the Business Development Team in Limerick and on occasion in other offices, undertaking a diverse portfolio of activities that support the Regional Team in delivery of investments to the region.
1. Administrative Support: Provide a high-quality and efficient administrative service to the Regional Office, including managing incoming phone and email, invoices, event logistics, and office diary.
2. Project Coordination: Support the Regional Team in the coordination of activities and itineraries to progress key strategic initiatives on all business development activities for the region, including the presentation of presentations and reports.
3. Marketing Materials: Help prepare high-quality brochures, profiles, infographics, and other marketing material.
4. Research and Data Management: Undertake relevant and appropriate research as required and provide/update a database of relevant Regional Information.
5. Reporting: Update the Customer Relationship Management System as requested and produce a weekly report on progress towards targets for the Management team.
6. Data Analysis: Work with the Regional Executive and Regional Manager to gather key metrics and data related to organisational performance.
7. Team Collaboration: Contribute energetically to the development of the Division as part of the Regional Business and Relationship team.
8. Personal Development: Ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.

10. Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks that can arise or are assigned to this role.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification is desirable together with an interest in working towards a degree qualification.
* A full driving licence is desirable.
* A familiarity with content creation applications (Canva, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign) will be advantageous.
* Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development via opportunities, which may arise.
* In-depth knowledge of computer packages, proficiency, and experience in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential together with the ability to use social media platforms.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
* Aspects of this role will require travel and working outside of normal office hours.
Offer:
This is a full-time/permanent position with a starting salary of €26,304 per annum with annual increments, rising by long service increments to €45,326 after 3 years of satisfactory service at the maximum of the range.
