Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer - Heat Pumps to join our team at Elusav Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading specialist in the Renewable Energy Sector.
Responsibilities:
* Roll out Continuous Professional Development (CPD) sessions to Mechanical Consultants, specifiers, developers, County Councils, OPW, and other key stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share within the sector.
* Manage inventory and forecasting to ensure efficient sales operations.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
* Take ownership of projects from specification and quotation to final installation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
* Report on sales performance and provide insights on market developments.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of business development experience, ideally in construction sales.
* A minimum degree in engineering or building services.
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Knowledge of commercial heat pumps would be an advantage.
