HR Generalist Opportunity
An experienced HR Generalist is required to provide HR guidance and support, as well as resolve employee relations issues. The successful candidate will analyze HR metrics, improve stakeholder engagement, and contribute to workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR advice and support to assigned business areas
* Use employment law and policy & procedure knowledge to advise the best solution possible
* Prepare and analyze HR performance management data to share findings
* Assist in the development and implementation of organizational change initiatives
* Contribute to workforce planning as needed
* Advise on recruitment and retention strategies
* Support management with employee relations issues
* Manage recruitment processes from drafting role specs to candidate selection
* On-board and induce new employees
* Support payroll inputs and probation management processes
* Design and deliver internal training courses as required
Required Experience and Skills
* Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources or Business/Commerce
* 5+ years relevant HR experience
* A full Category B driving license
* Public Sector experience desirable but not essential
* Industrial Relations experience highly desirable
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
