Our client, a leading bakery ingredient supplier in Ireland, seeks a Process Development Manager to lead a pivotal project.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the implementation of digitalization initiatives across our organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for optimizing business processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement through process mapping and software integration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and map business process flows to identify areas for improvement.
* Customize and integrate software tools as required to support operational efficiency.
* Coordinate the implementation of digitalization initiatives across multiple departments.
* Collaborate with software implementation teams to ensure successful execution.
* Engage with internal teams to optimize system utilization and meet business reporting requirements.
* Develop and improve reports to facilitate decision-making.
* Identify relevant KPIs for all departments and establish a monitoring dashboard.
Project Collaboration
The successful candidate will collaborate with North West Regional College (NWRC) and have the opportunity to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen's University Belfast as part of the employment package.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or relevant field, or substantial experience in an IT environment.
* Proficiency in Excel and SQL reporting.
* Previous experience in project management or process mapping.
Contract Details
This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract (Third-party).
