Our client is a specialist Broker based in Dublin and they are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Claims Director, you will manage a book of business consisting of Property and Liability claims, with a case load not exceeding 300. You will be responsible for handling the full claims process from first notification; duties will include:
1. Uploading details to the ECF
2. Ensuring Claimants and Insurers are kept up to date
3. Liaising with Underwriters, Loss Adjusters, Engineers, and Solicitors
4. Arranging personal investigators when necessary
5. Appointing loss adjusters
To be considered, you must have:
1. 2-3 years' of Liability claims experience
2. Minimum APA qualification
3. Familiarity with PIAB
You will have excellent communication and IT skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
