Job Title: Payroll Administrator
This is a temporary role for 9 months with 39 hours per week contracted hours.
Main Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Payroll Processing:
* Download weekly timesheets from Time and Attendance system and import into Payroll system.
* Download RPNs from ROS and update employee records.
* Manual adjustments/calculations and data entry into Payroll system.
* Perform several checks to ensure accuracy before emailing payslips.
* Upload payroll data and ERR to Revenue via ROS.
* Create bank file for online portal.
* Generate required reports and reconciliations, including P30 return.

* Complete forms and letters for Department of Social Protection applications.
* Respond efficiently to employee queries.
* Maintain accurate files and records, ensuring confidentiality and audit trail.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in high-volume payroll processing.
* IPASS certification.
* Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
* Strong MS Office skills, including Excel (vlookups and pivot tables).
* Experience with In-House Payroll systems (Quantum) and Time and Attendance systems (TMS).
