Property Manager As a property manager you will be the key driving force for deliverables relating to a portfolio of our Owners Management Companys (OMCs). With your professional & collaborative approach you will execute onsite services for well-funded client sites. Summary of Role Management of a portfolio of mixed use developments to include: Scheduling work & liaising with both our office & onsite teams to ensure proficient property management Understand the significant issues affecting a property's performance. Implement programs or make recommendations to correct problems and enhance positive aspects of each property Oversee the implementation of project work required by Directors/Developers/Committees to successful conclusion Conduct site visits on a regular basis and have full site knowledge Budget preparation and overseeing expenditure control Overseeing and managing the administration on all developments Work with credit team to maximise collections Presentation of reports for clients and internal management Preparation and attendance of AGMs and other meetings after office hours as required To operate and monitor SLAs that are in place for OMCs Review and interpret goals and objectives of the work area in order to resolve problems, make recommendations for changes in instructions and/or guidelines Minimum qualification & requirements Possess PSRA licence At least 4 years experience in a property management role with strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance and operations Must be able to drive Abilities required Must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills Understand how to organize resources and establish priorities A team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work very well under pressure Proactive in their approach to work with a can do attitude Excellent staff supervision experience Energy and flexibility in working hours Other Information:Office hours are 9.00 to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Training will be given to the successful candidate, but they must be able to hit the ground running. Salary to fit experience.
