Job Description:
An experienced Office Administrator is required to work at Millbrae Lodge Nursing Home in Newport, County Tipperary.
The ideal candidate will have previous Reception/Admin experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and email. A professional telephone manner and Garda Vetting clearance are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose, and forward the call to appropriate personnel or departments.
* Greet visitors and guests professionally, direct them to the correct destination, and maintain a positive personal/professional profile within the local community.
* Handle all Reception-related queries and ensure the security of the Nursing Home is maintained at all times.
* Attend mandatory training days/courses and take responsibility for record-keeping of all training within the Nursing Home.
* Report any illness or accidents incurred by residents, colleagues, self, or others to the Home Manager or Person in Charge.
