Job Summary
We are currently seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our Finance and Engineering teams in Killarney, County Kerry. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Principal Consultant to match candidates with job vacancies, manage the hiring process, and build relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture.
* Match suitable candidates with client job openings, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company values.
* Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, to achieve a mutually beneficial agreement.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment legislation.
* Maintain accurate records and candidate databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and business growth.
* Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, fostering long-term professional relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of 2 years experience, ideally as a 360 Recruiter.
* Ability to use various software systems.
* Desire to exceed targets.
