Job Description:
This role requires a Quality Engineer to lead and coordinate Quality Assurance activities, ensuring customer-specific requirements are captured and implemented into relevant business processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO9000; ISO13485; ISO14001
* Own the PPAP process, validation process, and support Customer and APQP processes
* Support Sales in capturing Customer Specific Requirements effectively and provide leadership on best practice Quality
* Handle customer complaints using the 8D process and review quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner
* Lead improvement projects with cross-functional teams to enhance the QMS and reduce customer issues
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification in Quality, Science, or Engineering or equivalent experience
* Strong team member with excellent IT, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on own initiative, drive quality improvement programs, and liaise with suppliers and customers professionally
* Experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in Medical Device and Automotive sectors
