Location: DublinType: PermanentThis multinational retail & ecommerce brand is hiring for this newly-created leadership role, spearheading eCRM and Engagement Marketing to their immense customer base.Reporting directly to the MD, the ideal candidate profile is someone with likely 8+ years in Digital Marketing/CRM, at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role, and it would be of distinct advantage if you had previously worked in a consumer-facing business with an international customer database.As the Head of eCRM, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the redesign of the existing CRM ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You will play a critical role in crafting a data-driven, personalized approach to customer communications and engagement programs, leveraging automation, analytics, and innovation.The culture of this business is to value ‘solution-seekers’, rather than ‘problem spotters’. You should be proficient with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms.A deep understanding of customer insight and motivations including the ability to translate this into marketing campaigns.A track record of achieving measurable improvements in customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth.A confident and articulate professional, who is unafraid to push back when necessary, and enjoys being empowered to drive real change.A naturally curious mindset – you like experimentation with new methodologies and tools and can communicate the rationale for doing so.This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing a comprehensive eCRM framework that enhances customer lifecycle management, maximizes engagement, and drives revenue growth. With a small team of direct reports, and plenty of wider collaboration throughout the company, it is essential that the role-holder demonstrates proven success in people management, influencing skills and first-class collaboration skills.It is essential that candidates are based in Dublin, to facilitate working closely with their various stakeholders and leading their team. However, there is a hybrid policy of 2 days in the Irish office and 3 from home.
