We are recruiting a Part-time Accounts and Administrator to join a non-profit organization based in the D2 area.
We are seeking a confident person with knowledge of Sage accounts who will assist with the implementation of the package into the office.
Tasks will be varied and will include:
1. Working with the system developer.
2. Learning the system and helping to implement it within a small office.
3. Assisting the 2 office staff with admin tasks.
4. Supporting students around the country.
5. Paying fees and answering queries.
6. Liaising with various branches.
7. Assisting with payments, allocations, reconciliations, and income and expenditure filing.
The person must respect the religious congregation.
We are seeking a ‘self-starter’ who can work on their own initiative.
This is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Knowledge of Sage accounts is vital, along with a minimum of 4-5 years of office/accounts experience.
20 hours per week, hours can be flexible.
Rate: €20-22 per hour.
