We are seeking a highly organised Operations Assistant to support the administration of multiple companies within our group. You will work closely with departments like Quality, Engineering, and Procurement, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement of our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across the group, including facilities management.
* Manage operational issues and risks, acting as the first line of support.
* Assist with Quality Assurance programmes and accreditations.
* Organise meetings and office operations (stationery, filing, conference rooms).
* Oversee procurement processes and maintenance coordination.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude.
* Full clean driving licence required.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
* Experience in administrative or operations roles preferred, but not essential.
* Recent graduates with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
