Desktop Support Engineer
Contract | €160/day+ | Dublin
Our client eagerly seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician on a contract basis, valuing both technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1st & 2nd support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.
2. Assist in Desktop OS and application rollouts, including testing and documentation.
3. Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to software and hardware promptly.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
Requirements:
5. Industry certifications and relevant experience are required.
6. Previous experience working withing a Financial Services Company
7. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11), MAC OS and Citrix.
