Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and expand the sales portfolio of exclusive country homes and estates.
2. Identify new market opportunities for property instructions.
3. Actively promote residential sales to potential vendors.
4. Tailor marketing strategies for each unique property to maximise exposure.
5. Negotiate and agree offers on property sales.
6. Ensure smooth transactions by liaising with third parties.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with local property owners and investors.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication.
Key Skills and Requirements
1. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in residential sales, with a preference for luxury or unique property markets.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
4. Good knowledge of local property markets and trends.
5. Results-oriented with a passion for business development.
