What you will do:
1. Oversee the consolidation of EMEA cash flow forecasts and coordinates activities with Treasury Planning and Analysis team to understand and explain free cash flow results and forecasts.
2. Work as the Regional Banking Administrator, develop, maintain, update, create and enhance bank account structure. Oversee bank scorecards and relationship summaries. Prepare responses to RFPs, RFIs, etc.
3. Perform FX trading for settlement and operational funds as needed.
4. Identify requirements and execute on automation initiatives. Create roadmap, identifies deliverables.
5. Optimize bank account structures and services to minimize fees and ensure operational efficiency.
6. Assist on managing bank account administration. Assist on identifying optimal ways to restructure bank accounts and / or minimize fees. Analyse bank expenses.
7. Oversee the opening & closing of bank accounts and ensures proper services are secured. Ensure signature cards are accurate & current and bank portal audits are performed regularly.
8. Continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of Treasury operations. Assist on recommending and implementing the appropriate Treasury / Payments / Accounting Policies and Procedures that streamline, automate, and simplify or improve existing processes.
What you will need to have:
1. Previous experience within treasury.
2. Advanced proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
What would be great to have:
1. CPA, CTP, AAP, CFA or other financial certification or license.
2. Experience in a similar role at a public company within the payments industry and knowledge of back-end bank processing systems.
3. Working knowledge and understanding of banking products and services.
4. Proficiency with Power BI, Visio, SharePoint, SAP, Adobe Pro, Bloomberg.
