The Role:

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be supported on pricing by the business owner, manager of store and internal sales teams.

Responsibilities include:

* Visit jobsites and/or customers' offices on a regular basis

* Focusing on customer service and meeting customers' needs

* Delivering small orders to customers as needed

* Supported on pricing by the business owner, manager of store and Internal sales teams

* Helping to guide and develop sales with the Charleville team

* Starting or ending the working day at the Charleville branch

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior sales and/or business development management within the trade/construction industry

* Prior experience in construction and similar sectors is preferred, along with strong sales skills
">">
* Excellent leadership and motivational skills to drive performance and sales

* An excellent work ethic and initiative-taking mindset

* The ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and achieve high standards in goal delivery

* A strong background in sales, trade, or customer-facing roles

* Outstanding customer service skills

The Offer:

This is a permanent position with a base salary of €55K – €75K per annum, plus bonus, company vehicle, expenses, and an excellent benefits package.
