Our client, a property company based in Sligo, requires an Administrator/Receptionist to join their busy office.
Responsibilities include: Meet & greet customers in office – ensure all callers to the office & on the phone have an exceptional experience each time & feel that we are knowledgeable & as helpful as possiblePhone call – enquiries, viewing requests, engineer inspections, etcSetting up viewings with the viewer/seller/occupierCoordinate & prepare diaries in advance & on the morning of the appointment for Shane & Claire – including keys/brochures, etcManage the sales process from Sale Agreed to Sale Closed by liaising with sellers, buyers & their solicitorsPrepare sales listings/brochuresOrdering placement of For Sale Boards/Sale Agreed/Sold & removal of samePrepare appraisal lettersOnline listingsTxt/email alerts for new listingsTxt/email alert reminders for viewingsEnsure the front office is presented well at all times; update the brochure display; update the window displayOther administrative duties as requiredExperience and Skills: Strong admin skillsExcellent attention to detailExperience in a busy office-based roleMulti-tasking & time management are very important for this roleExcellent interpersonal & communication skillsGood presentation & professional telephone mannerClient confidentiality is expected at all times & a client's business is NEVER discussed outside the officeFor a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contact Deirdre Moran. ****** (091) 706710
