Job Title: M&E Resident Engineer
We are seeking an experienced M&E Resident Engineer to join our team in County Meath, Ireland.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have specific expertise in Water project management and supervisory experience with MEICA Project installations. The role involves reviewing, advising, and supervising MEICA Project installations on behalf of Uisce Éireann.
Key Responsibilities:
* Specialize in Mechanical & Electrical elements of works.
* Drive delivery of projects on site, focusing on health & safety, time for delivery, cost management, and quality standards.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with contract documents and applicable specifications.
* Monitor and report on works being carried out to Employer's Requirements.
* Implement Uisce Éireann's safety policies and standards on construction projects.
* Review and comment on project/site specific HSQE documentation.
* Carry out weekly documented health and safety site reviews.
* Report any accidents or incidents on site and assist with accident investigations.
Requirements:
* At least 7 years' postgraduate experience in site supervision, contract administration, and project management of MEICA works.
* A Degree in a related discipline, such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Knowledge of civil engineering works, Mechanical & Electrical Works, design build operate projects, and project management.
* Strong knowledge and experience of Health and Safety procedures and regulations.
Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
