Job Description:
Our client, a non-departmental public body, seeks a temporary Programme Officer (Community Partnership) to provide development, support and guidance to community partner organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with community partners, stakeholders and the voluntary sector to develop support services
* Assist partner organisations in preparing, implementing and monitoring strategic and operational plans
* Develop and engage in outcome-focused monitoring and evaluation systems to analyse the impact of support on health and wellbeing
Additional Responsibilities:
* Supervise staff, allocate work and monitor performance
* Prepare guidance notes and provide advice on managing grants
* Update policies and procedures related to grant funding
* Provide formal reports on outcomes achieved through development work
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience of programme or project experience working within the community and voluntary sector
* Practical experience of developing positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Experience in staff management and/or co-ordinating team activities
What We Offer:
* £17.88 per hour
* Temporary for 3 months with possible extension
* Hybrid working (minimum 2 days in office)
