Project Manager Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee the safe, timely execution of projects in accordance with budgetary, programme and quality requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of the site, supervising and monitoring the site labour force and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that works are delivered in the safest manner possible, with support from Site Manager, EHS Advisor and Contracts Manager.
* Supervise site engineering resource in the timely execution of setting out and surveying activities for various building trades.
* Coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Services Coordinator to ensure all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information.
* Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Requirements:
* Relevant Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline or equivalent technical degree.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in Construction Management including previous project management experience.
* Self-motivated with strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
