Who You Are:
You are an experienced senior analyst or digital technology manager with a deep understanding of customer data platforms, marketing technology, and analytics. You have worked in a company with a significant online presence, driving digital transformation and personalisation strategies. With a proven track record in managing teams and delivering data-driven insights, you are adept at aligning digital roadmaps with business goals around personalisation, conversion, user engagement, and user experience.
You bring:
Expertise in implementing and optimising CDPs such as Tealium iQ and integrating them with marketing and analytics tools.
A strong technical background in configuring and managing marketing technology stacks, including tag management, data pipelines, and integration with BI tools.
Hands-on experience in web and app analytics, personalisation strategies, and A/B testing, with a clear focus on improving user journeys and campaign effectiveness.
A solid understanding of key data regulations such as GDPR and a commitment to strong data governance practices.

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:
Partner with the Head of Digital Channels to develop and execute product roadmaps for Vodafone Ireland’s website and app, leveraging your expertise in CDPs and analytics.
Lead and mentor a team of five specialists responsible for web and app analytics, tag management, personalisation, the digital marketing stack, and KPI reporting.
Act as the custodian of digital data and insights, implementing robust data pipelines and ensuring seamless integration of platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Tealium, and BI tools.
Develop Vodafone Ireland’s A/B testing and personalisation strategy using Adobe Target, Tealium Tag Manager, and other tools, working closely with Product Owners and Performance Marketing specialists.
Champion privacy-by-design principles and ensure compliance with GDPR and other data regulations.
Deliver actionable insights to Product Owners for Consumer and Business Acquisition, In Life, and App and Web domains to achieve commercial objectives and enhance user experience.
Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:
8+ years’ experience in web analytics, digital marketing, and marketing technology, with hands-on expertise in implementing and optimising CDPs such as Tealium iQ.
Strong skills in data engineering, including ELT pipelines, data modelling, SQL, and Python, as well as experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake and Azure.
In-depth knowledge of digital platforms and acquisition channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Email.
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, and Adjust or Appsflyer.
Expertise in app tagging, SDK implementation, and server-side tracking.
A growth mindset with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
