About The Role
We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end digital acquisition campaigns for a dynamic and fast-growing online gaming operator.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Launch and scale Facebook acquisition campaigns without worrying about bans or instability.
* Focus on ad performance and ROI instead of ad account micromanagement.
* Collaborate with a top-tier in-house team of developers and designers to rapidly create high-converting landing pages, unique user flows, bonuses, and gamified mechanics.
* Work alongside product, creative, and analytics teams to continuously test and optimize every step of the funnel.
* Leverage proprietary tools for competitor analysis and in-depth data analytics to stay ahead of the curve.
* Innovate and experiment with new acquisition ideas that can be instantly executed across the product and marketing stack.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies from the ground up, based on competitor analysis and best practices.
* Digital Asset Creation & Optimisation: Lead the creation and optimisation of engaging Facebook ad creatives. Design and refine landing pages / PWAs to maximise conversion rates.
* Campaign Management & Analysis: Execute and monitor Facebook Ads campaigns, focusing on key performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV, and conversion rates. Perform A/B testing on LP, PWAs, in order to improve conversion rate.
* Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with retention, product, and marketing teams to ensure all user acquisition efforts align with overall company goals.
* Budget Management: Manage and optimise ad spend to scale campaigns effectively while maintaining cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing within online gaming industry (Curacao or Anjouan License)
* Deep expertise in Facebook Ads management with a thorough understanding of the platform’s policies and best practices in online gaming.
* Deep understanding of player behavior.
* Demonstrated ability in creating and optimizing digital assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, and progressive web applications.
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics.
* Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
* Excellent project management and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
* Fluent/Native level of Russian/Ukrainian language is a bonus.
Location
Our in-house team operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
Interview Process
