Role Overview

Responsibilities
* Deliver clinical services to patients with utmost effectiveness and care, adhering to best practice standards.
* Maintain accurate electronic patient records and submit timely reports to clients and head office following each visit.
* Collaborate as part of a cohesive team, leveraging clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills to provide seamless service while liaising closely with the nursing director and multidisciplinary client teams.
Key Competencies
* Cannulation & Phlebotomy Skills: Essential
* Demonstrable IV therapy experience, including central venous access devices.
* High degree of self-motivation.
* Evidence of personal and professional development.
* Effective administration with high attention to detail.
* Good time management skills.
* Demonstrable computer skills in Word (preferably Microsoft Office) and email.
* Excellent communication skills for presenting to multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to build strong rapport with new contacts quickly.
* Flexibility and adaptability to change.
* Possesses sound judgment.
